Leadership Team

I joined Involve Northwest back in 2006 to lead on the ReachOut Partnership, a pilot employability service which has since developed into a respected flagship project across the city region. I quickly realised my passion and drive for making impactful changes within the community, which encouraged me to devote my time to building a sustainable charity that represents the voice of local people and become a trusted local voice who influences strategic positive change.

Fast forward 20 years… We are now one of the most well-known names in Wirral, providing information, advice and guidance to over 15,000 individuals and families per year to change their lives for the better.

As someone who grew up in Birkenhead, I am really proud of the difference that Involve Northwest makes. I have absolute gratitude for the role I hold in this fantastic organisation and the unbelievably passionate, loyal and hardworking team, who I have the privilege to lead and work alongside.
