The Community Hub

In December 2019, we launched our much anticipated Community Hub!
We spent a few months renovating the entrance of our Head Office, transforming it into a welcoming, warm community space.
The idea behind the Community Hub is to add extra support for our clients and visitors, giving everyone a friendly, warm, inviting space to walk into if you need us.
The Community Hub has the following on offer:

  • Food hub
  • Sofa meeting space
  • Free activities
  • Free tea/coffee and fruit

The Community Hub also has a dedicated waiting area, where you can sit comfortably while you’re waiting to see one of our teams or one of the tenants in our building. 

As the energy prices soar amid the cost of living crisis, we have collaborated with Wirral Council to use our Community Hub as part of the Warm Hub strategy announced in August 2022. Warm Hubs offer the communities of Wirral a warm space to be when cutting back on heating. Our Warm Hub is open Monday – Friday from 9am – 12:30pm.
