Family Navigator

Involve Northwest are recruiting for a Family Navigator, to work within our Connect Us project.

The successful applicant will work from the Community Village, Rock Ferry, CH421LE and will cover the Wirral area.

Contract Length: Fixed term until 31st January 2029.

Salary: £26,479 per annum

Working hours: Full-time – 35 hours per week
