The ReachOut project, funded by UK Shared Prosperity Funds, has been helping local “out of work” Wirral residents “find a job” for over 13 years.

The service offers free, confidential advice & guidance to support you back into employment. We work with a range of specialised partner agencies, such as Wirral Change, to help support you to overcome a range of barriers that are preventing you from going to work. ReachOut provides you with a personalised Job Coach who will offer you one-to-one planning sessions, help with writing or amending your CV, online job searching, support with job applications, practicing interview techniques and help with building your confidence to help with the transition of actually starting your new job.

There is no need to feel nervous or worried that you don’t know what skills you can offer a new employer, our professionally qualified Job Coached are here to guide you and support you throughout. We have received thousands of Thank You’s over the years for the fantastic work they do for local people, and most of all for the positive way they made people feel!
