Connect Us is here to help you feel more connected to your community and to what matters to you.
You’ll meet with a local Community Connector who will take the time to get to know you, understand what matters to you, and explore what you’d like to achieve. Together, you can recognise the things that are already going well in your life and discover what you’d like to develop further.
This isn’t about fixing anything or telling you what to do. It’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, interests and passions, and finding ways to bring more of what matters to you into your everyday life.
Whether you’re feeling lonely or disconnected, considering a change, or simply looking for ways to get more involved in your community, we’re here to help you discover new possibilities.
We can meet you at home or somewhere you feel comfortable. Together, we’ll explore local groups, activities and opportunities that interest you, taking things at a pace that feels right for you.
