I have been part of Involve for more than 20 years, and it has been a huge part of my working life. During that time, I have had the privilege of seeing the organisation grow, evolve and respond effectively to the changing needs and challenges within the communities we support across Wirral.

My passion has always been people and delivering operational excellence. I care deeply about our workforce and creating a culture where people feel valued, supported, and able to do their best work. I equally thrive from the variety of challenges that comes with operational leadership, from finding practical solutions to responding to new opportunities, my motivation is to keep the charity moving forward whilst maintaining high standards of work.

I really value the partnerships we have built and embraced across Wirral. I believe that some of the best work happens when organisations come together, share their knowledge and experience, and genuinely work towards a shared purpose. Our relationships with partners, commissioners and community organisations have been an important part of Involves journey, growth, and strategic influence.

My experience and skills are focused on leadership, operations, HR, organisational development, governance, and managing change. I bring a practical, people-focused approach to my work and always try to keep sight of what matters most — our workforce, the people we support and the communities we are here to serve.

After more than 20 years, I feel incredibly proud of the role I have played in Involves journey and, most importantly, of the people I have had the pleasure of working alongside along the way.
