Trustee

Andy is one of our newer trustees, an experienced senior manager and management consultant with over twenty-five years of experience in the public sector, focusing on health and social care, economic skills, and community development. The focus of Andy’s commitment to Involve is to further develop the organisation financial security, supporting seeking new opportunities to complement the already excellent work delivered.

He began his career in the private sector, specialising in business analysis and organisational change, before transitioning to the public sector, where he has managed large-scale public engagement, workforce development, and multi-million pound programmes. Recently Andy has led various service change projects across England, Scotland, and Wales for public service organisations, including NHS bodies, local councils, and Fire and Rescue Services.

Outside of work Andy can be found spending time with his family, enjoying plenty of local gigs and messing about on bikes.
