As Involve begins its next chapter, we remain committed to delivering services that are safe, effective, accountable and centred on the needs of the people and communities we serve. Our new name reflects our ambition for the future, while our values, integrity and commitment to excellence remain unchanged.

Our Board of Trustees provides strategic leadership and independent oversight, ensuring the charity is well governed, financially sustainable and focused on achieving the greatest possible impact for Wirral communities. Working closely with our Executive and Leadership Team, the Board ensures that our decisions are guided by our charitable purpose and long-term vision.

We have developed a strong organisational infrastructure that enables us to deliver high-quality services with confidence. Robust governance arrangements underpin every aspect of our work, including safeguarding, quality assurance, information governance and data protection, financial and risk management, health and safety, equality, diversity and inclusion, operational excellence, workforce development and continuous improvement.

People are at the heart of our organisation. We are proud to be recognised as a Gold Investor in People, demonstrating our commitment to supporting, developing and valuing our employees. We also hold Matrix and ISO (9001:2015) accreditations, reflecting our dedication to quality, consistency and continual improvement across our services.

Partnership working is also central to our approach. In terms of Social Value we work collaboratively across Wirral’s voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector, recognising that stronger partnerships create better outcomes for local people. We also work closely with Wirral Council, Public Health, NHS organisations, the Police and Crime Commissioner, Merseyside Police and many other strategic partners to develop and deliver services that respond to local need.
