About Us

Our story

Involve is a well-established local charity based in Wirral, delivering a wide range of person-centred services designed to improve outcomes for individuals, families, and communities experiencing social and economic disadvantage.

Founded in 1991 as Tranmere Alliance, we began as a grassroots initiative led by local people who wanted to create positive change in their community. Over the past three decades, we have grown into a trusted organisation, delivering integrated support that responds to complex social, emotional, and practical needs.

Our purpose is to work alongside people and communities, providing support that empowers individuals, strengthens resilience, and creates opportunities to thrive.

Our community and local roots

At the heart of our approach is a commitment to working alongside people and to recognise that individuals often experience multiple and overlapping challenges, and therefore we provide accessible, holistic support that enables people to access the right help at the right time. We work collaboratively with statutory, voluntary, and community sector partners to deliver meaningful outcomes and strengthen community connections.

Our overall aim is to help people feel heard, more supported, and better connected, while promoting wellbeing, independence, and inclusion across Wirral communities.

Everything we do is underpinned by our core values, respect, trust, and a genuine commitment to making a difference and improving lives.
