At Involve Northwest, we have an established independent advice team, who can provide free advice on a wide range of issues, including welfare benefits, tax credits, help with fuel bills, housing issues and assistance with completing application forms.

Simon has been at Involve Northwest since 2014, but had been working in the benefits system for the last eight years. He works as an Outreach Welfare Benefits Advisor, which means that he visits various venues around the Wirral, offering advice and guidance to the public.Read More
Eddie has worked for Involve Northwest for the past two years as a Welfare Benefits Advisor. He is responsible for delivering benefits advice and support, alongside specialising in issues with immigration and problems associated with migrant workers within the EU.
In addition to this, he is proficient in all aspects of the tribunal system and is Level 4 qualified as an advocate in Mental Health.Read More
