In 2013, after completing a BA Hons degree in Media and Advertising at Edge Hill University, Rebecca joined Involve Northwest as a Digital Assistant/Trainee Employment Support Advisor. She provided operational and technical support across both Tranmere and Birkenhead Reachout teams, and controlled Involve Northwest’s PR across all social media platforms.

Her favourite aspect of the role is the support that Reachout can offer to a client; from meeting with them and assessing their needs, working with and supporting them with all aspects of seeking work and then finally seeing the client gain employment. She says, “It’s such a rewarding role and I am passionate about clients achieving their goals.”

Rebecca also enjoys supporting self-employed clients with any digital support they may need in order for their business to get off to the best start, including assistance with social media platforms and technical advice on design of their digital reprographics, such as logos, leaflets and flyers.

She has recently completed her NVQ Level 3 accreditation in Advice and Guidance, and is constantly looking for new opportunities to develop her technical knowledge, both in theory and in practice.
